Berry Good Turkey Sandwich

It's simple but oh so good! Barry first had this sandwich in Taos and we've recreated it after Thanksgiving ever since. It's a flavorful way to use up leftovers.
Any cranberry sauce (even the canned variety) or bread will do but I've provided links to the homemade versions that we used.

Berry Good Turkey Sandwich
2 slices of bread (we suggest toasted Wild Rice Bread or a multi-grain oat bread) per sandwich (or use Yummy Yam Rolls for a mini sandwich)
Cream cheese, softened
Cranberry sauce (we recommend Apple Cider Cranberry Sauce, Cran-Raspberry Sauce or "Drunken" Brandied Cranberries)
Leftover slices of turkey, thinly sliced
Lettuce
  1. Spread one slice of bread with a thin layer of cream cheese; spread the other with a thin layer of cranberry sauce.
  2. Add turkey and lettuce.
